Vertak founded in Mayuan Mansion in 1998, has an office about 30sqm, and 5 employees, we made annual sales volume about $2.5 million that time.
In 2000, Vertak moved to Ningbo International Exhibition Center with new office about 120sqm, and employees has increased to more than 12 people, annual sales volume also reached $8.0 million.
In 2001, Vertak founded own packing fty in Xiaying.
In 2002, our company bought a piece of land in Ningbo Free Trade Zone and built our own office building. In this biulding, we have 800sqm for office, and 1200sqm for showroom, and also 1400sqm for our factory. More than 10 new colleagues joined to our team, and we made $15 million per year that time.
From 2003, we entered a fast developing period, our annual sales volume was $21 million in 2003, but this amount has reached $40 million in 2005.
In order to fast te development, Vertak moved to Zhuangshi Industrial Zone in 2007, thus our office area increased to 1200sqm, fty area reached 5000sqm, and showroom area raised to 2800sqm, and our team has totally 60 members.
Vertak has been executive member of Ningbo FTZ Private Enterprise Association since 2003.
In 2005, we appointed European design firm to design eight new power tools for us and was granted patent for utility modle of all.
In 2007, we developed a new LED lamp, and are applying for patent of invention. |
